No matter what industry you work in, chances are your business’ customers have a lot of questions. Out of these questions, there are more than likely a number that occur more than others.
For those of you having to answer those questions over and over again, the activity can wear on you. This holds true for customer service, social media or community managers. We’re human and repetition can be a drag. So what do you do?
An easy route could be to make a Frequently Asked Questions section of your website. While this may work for some, have you ever considered a video for some of the more hands on questions? How about video?
That’s what John Kimmich, owner of The Alchemist Brewery did:
What I like about the video is that it addresses all of the FAQs that his customers have and also visualizes why he answered the way he did. Open honest and easy to share on a website or socially – a great asset for all of the earlier mentioned disciplines and also for sales folks.
Can video help your FAQs out?
Jeff, love this idea. Not only do people seem to respond more positively to videos, it creates content that can easily be shared across multiple platforms. I am thinking I may make a couple of videos for my FAQ section soon, thanks for the tip!
John_Trader1 now get your TV voice on John 😉 I think its an underused asset overall by brands because it is intimidating at times.
