Reebok adds WOW factor

In the social media space, we’re too quick to jump on companies because they are too pushy for sales or just don’t care about their customers. These experiences often lead to a slew of negative blog posts and outnumber posts about positive posts tenfold.

The reason for this is that we’re all lazy and narcissistic and it is easy to get people to jump on our sides when we’re wronged. I hate posts like this and wish that we’d see more positive experiences. So today, I am going to share mine with you.

Prior to heading to SXSW, I popped into the Reebok store in the Arsenal Mall in Watertown, Mass. Below’s a Vlog on what made the experience stand out to me and forced my hand into the post.

Have you been wowed recently by any company? If so I’d love to hear in the comments below.
