When I started working on a plan for adding a group to work on social support, I did a lot of research. This included talking to friends, reading blogs and reading white papers. I also asked Wiley if they could send me a review copy of Frank Eliason’s @Your Service.
You see, despite my years of a love-hate relationship with Comcast, Frank and his team’s work left me respecting the company. I figured a book written by the team’s lead could hold some useful nuggets. I was shocked to find out how many it did offer, so Heather – thank you very much.
