When I received a copy of Dr. Michael Wu’s the Science of Social Media, I was more than happy to dive in. After reading, I can say that despite being ~100 pages, the good Doctor gives readers a great understanding of what makes users of social technology tick.
While the book does get into some heady topics, Dr. Wu distills the information so that everyone can understand it. And, to make all the points more impactful, he adds in case studies to show how the theory is being used.
@HeidiEKMassey @davidsvet I was hoping someone was going to say that 😉
Then my work here is done. @jeffespo @davidsvet
@HeidiEKMassey @davidsvet and he’s a real scientist and has fancy letters after his name
What letters? PVSM? @jeffespo @davidsvet
@HeidiEKMassey @jeffespo Dr. Wu even has a theme song from Steeley Dan. I just have the letters EIEIO after my name. He has science.
@davidsvet @HeidiEKMassey he’s a smart dude
Not nearly as impressive @davidsvet because @jeffespo used super ninja jedi guru in a sentence together.
@HeidiEKMassey @jeffespo I was awestruck with how super ninja jedi guru rolls off Jeff’s tongue so easily.
@jeffespo @HeidiEKMassey We could use more smart folks, Jeff. Glad you called attention to this one: http://t.co/LsNDhOql

Glad to hear there is a “Super Ninja Jedi Guru” status I can aspire to!
 @juliennecarrots I see the force is strong in this one 😉
