The presentation is really good. It’s so much nicer to see it presented that wat rather than reading through a long page of words!!
The rewarding loyalty tip is something that I will use in the future, I haven’t really considered involving CRM with social media, but I don’t know why, it could really boost loyalty and customer service would improve!
I tend to use Twitter mainly for social media which does work but could work better.
