Great case study on Starbucks’ social efforts

I saw this interview on Social Media Examiner the other day and it really was a great watch. I am glad to see that even the mega-brand entered the space first and asked for forgiveness later on. Alex Wheeler makes some great points and walks through some of the coffee-giant’s  efforts on social media.
