Here are some pretty interesting tidbits:

500 billion minutes a month are spent on Facebook compared to 150 billion last year
25 billion pieces of content are shared each month on Facebook, six times as many pieces as last year
24 hours of video are uploaded each minute to YouTube, double last year’s minute upload tally
4 billion images are hosted on Flickr, 13 times more than are housed in the Library of Congress
